We offer various booth options — including standard shell schemes, raw spaces for custom designs, and premium corner booths. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early booking is strongly advised. The booking window remains open until all spaces are filled, but priority placement is given to early registrants.
Standard exhibitor packages typically include booth construction, fascia name board, table and chairs, lighting, waste bin, and access to exhibitor services such as promotion, listing in the show catalogue, and participation in networking sessions.
A deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your space, with the balance payable within the agreed timeline. Payment details will be included in the exhibitor invoice.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the Exhibitor Manual, which includes setup guidelines, booth design specifications, logistics information, and promotional tools to prepare for the event.
